Title 24 Lighting Compliance for a New Elementary School Campus, California
We kept the lighting Title 24 forms for a new 32,250 sq ft elementary campus current through five issues as the design moved forward.

The challenge
The campus mixes many space types: classrooms, specialist and therapy rooms, staff areas, restrooms, a commercial kitchen, a stage and a large MPR. Each type has its own lighting power allowance and its own control rules. The design was released in increments, so the forms had to keep up with every change to the drawings.
What we delivered
- Built a room-by-room fixture tally across both buildings, tying each of the 29 fixture types to the rooms it serves.
- Ran indoor lighting compliance by space type on the LTI form, and outdoor lighting on the LTO form.
- Re-issued the forms five times as the electrical progress sets changed, so the compliance documents always matched the current drawings.
The result
The design team had current, coordinated indoor and outdoor lighting forms at every design increment.
